Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on skincare or fragrance products where the seal has been broken or the item has been opened. Custom or personalised items, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal: If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to the following exceptions permitted under EU law: this right does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery — this includes opened skincare products and unsealed fragrances. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for return under this right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@xquisitluxe.com.
